We track your flight on your inbound trip. Feel free to keep us updated if there are delays, if you miss a connection, etc. We track the flight you originally schedule for your arrival/return once it is the air. If this changes, call us immediately at 978-750-6666 or email us at changes@webbtrans.com. Otherwise, we plan to be at the airport to meet the originally scheduled flight.
When we feel your flight has arrived, your driver will call you on your cell phone. He/she will confirm you have arrived and let you know where they will be parked.
We allow 30 minutes after the flight lands (this is the actual landing not the scheduled landing) for you to gather your baggage and arrive at the car. If there are delays due to lost baggage, or some other reason please let us know. Just be aware that after 30 minutes, waiting time will be charged.
If your cell phone dies, and you can’t use a payphone, please walk out to the pick up area and inform your driver about the issues that are delaying you. We will wait as long as you need us to.
If we are not able to contact you, and you have not contacted us within 1 hour after your plane arrives, we assume you are not on the plane or decided to get to your home, hotel, or other final destination by another method & our driver will leave. Please bear in mind, if nobody contacted us to cancel the ride, you or your company will be responsible for the charges!
Logan International Airport Pick-Up Locations & Procedures
Terminal A on Alaska Air, Continental, Delta, Delta Connection/Com Air, Delta Shuttle, Northwest:
Follow signs to the LIMO pick-up area. It is located on the BAGGAGE CLAIM level. Exit the terminal and cross the streets at any crosswalk. This will take you directly into the LIMO/LIVERY parking lot. Your WTS driver will be on the sidewalk with a sign with your name.
Terminal B1 on US Airways, Air Canada, Air Canada Jazz:
Follow signs to the LIMO pick-up area. The LIMO/LIVERY Passenger Pick-up is located on the Departure/Ticketing level. Do not confuse this area with the taxi area. Taxis are on the baggage claim level. Exit the terminal and the limo/livery area is located curbside on the RIGHT of the terminal as you face out of the terminal on the US Airways Shuttle/Alaska Air end of the building. It is easily identified by looking for wide yellow painted bands around the building columns that say LIMO. Your WTS driver will be there with a sign with your name. Please call if you have any difficulty locating us.
Terminal B2 on American Airlines (except international arrivals), American Eagle, or Spirit Air:
Follow signs to the limo pick up area. The limo/livery Passenger Pick-up is located on the Departure/Ticketing level. Do not confuse this area with the taxi area. Taxis are on the baggage claim level. Exit the terminal and the LIMO/LIVERY area is located curbside on the LEFT of the terminal, the American Eagle/Spirit Air end. It is easily identified by looking for wide yellow painted bands around the building columns that say LIMO. Your WTS driver will be there with a sign with your name.
Terminal C on Air Tran, Jet Blue, Midwest, Cape Air, Sun Country, United, or United Express (except international arrivals):
Follow signs to the limo pick up area. The limo/livery Passenger Pick-up is located on the Departure/Ticketing level. Do not confuse this area with the taxi area. Taxis are on the baggage claim level. Exit the terminal and follow any crosswalk to the LIMO/LIVERY pick up area. This is located on the furthest traffic island directly in front of the exit doors of the terminal. You will see the Limos & Livery vehicles parked along the curbs of the outermost traffic island. Your WTS driver will be there with a sign with your name.
Terminal E on Southwest Airlines or any International Airlines or arrivals:
Follow signs to the limo pick-up area. It is located on the baggage claim level. After you have collected all your luggage, passed through customs (if appropriate) exit the terminal and cross the streets at the center crosswalk, the doors are opposite the Dunkin Donuts in the terminal. This is approximately in the center of the terminal. You will be walking under the overhead walkway to the central parking garage. You will see limo in large letters on the wall opposite the terminal. This will take you directly into the limo/livery parking lot on your left. Your WTS driver will be there with a sign with your name on it.
