Every day when I start work, I remind myself: "It's about the people stupid!"

Hire great people, support them and give them the freedom to serve our customers the way our customers want to be served. I give them two rules to operate by:

Rule # 1:    Take care of the customer
Rule # 2:    Take responsibility

Simple, yes—easy, no!  Providing airport transportation, livery service, limousine service, wedding transportation and more, simply requires a qualified, professional driver being where our customers want them to be on-time, in the right vehicle, and knowing how to get to where they want to go. Simple, yes—easy, no! There are an amazing amount of processes that need to be in place to make this happen—simply! Processes that require constant monitoring, attention and revision.

My pledge to our team and our customers is that I will work hard everyday to provide the resources and support to my team to help them be the best prepared team in the industry yielding the most satisfied and delighted customers in the industry.
